Osman Bey and his Alps attempt to capture İnegöl castle from Turgut Bey, but face opposition from Turgut Bey, Kantakouzenos, and Ismihan Sultan. Negotiations ensue, with Osman Bey demanding the castles acquired through sacrifice. Olof plans to meet with Ismihan Sultan. Meanwhile, Osman Bey works to install Sultan Mesud on the throne, unaware that Konya has been handed over to a Mongol commander.
