Banno claims he was attacked by a strange woman, but Conan believes Kurumi was murdered by Banno. Several residents of the apartment saw a strange woman. She was also on the security camera footage of the elevator. The police proceed with the investigation with a crazy fan of Banno's as their suspect. Conan is still unable to solve the trick Banno used to write on his own face, but Ai and Genta's comments bring him closer to the truth...
