Captain Tsubasa: Road to 2002

Tsubasa is shocked to find out about Jun's heart disease. Jun plays great, although holding his chest. Tsubasa, though, is so worried about Misugi that he can't play. Tsubasa agonizes but when he realizes that Jun expects him to play his best, he starts playing his game.
